Remembrance Day Celebrations 

Thursday 11th November was Remembrance Day and at Merley we marked the occasion with a whole school assembly where we looked at who, why and when. What Remembrance Day is about, why we have it and when it is held.

All the children have made a poppy which are  proudly decorating our school windows. The link below is a cbeebies clip which you may wish to watch and discuss with your child.
